I studied Printing and Publishing Production at The London College of Communication with a view to a career in publishing. During the course I was introduced to graphic design and web design and decided that production was the area I wanted to work in. My web design skills are mostly self-taught with further experience gained during work experience whilst at college.

I then took a further HND in Graphic Design followed by a job at Brightlemon as a graphic designer and training web developer. Here I gained programming experience, particularly with PHP/MySQL.

I then took up a post as Graphic and Web Designer with Giraffe, a busy design & recruitment advertising agency where I have worked for nearly 4 years. I enjoy working in an agency environment for the wide variety of projects and skills it has enabled me to gain.

I have versatile skills ranging from artworking to graphic design, with some illustration and Flash skills. My main role is with the web where I have built several websites from scratch. I deal with clients directly and attend meetings to take project briefs.
